Cool Bus Paintings
Here are some cool watercolor paintings that I came across tody while waiting at the tire shop for some new tires for my car today. The only thing that would have made my wait better would have been if it was for the bus and not my car!

Bus Breakthrough
A few months ago we took a trip to the Texas Coast and spend a few days in the small town of Port Aransas. On our way our of town we drove by this surf shop and I had to have Natalie take a picture of me in front of it.

The Grand Arrival of Ruby Cottam
Ruby Cottam arrived at the Cottam House at 9:31 PM on April 25, 2005 and boy was it a grand arrival! She was put on a flat bed tow truck and transported 20 miles across town to our house where she was unloaded and driven (actually pushed) from the street into our garage where she has rested peacefully ever since. I have to say that Natalie was very kind to give up her parking spot in the garage to Ruby.

My Orginal 1972 VW Bus
I was thumbing through some old pictures today and ran across some pictures of my old bus that I had back in high school. My mom and I saw her for sale one day in the newspaper when we lived in Reno for $500, so we decided to check her out. After taking a look at her and driving her around the block, we both came to the conclusion that could not pass on the great deal, so we bought her and she stayed in the family until my parents moved to Portland back in early 2002.
