The Grand Arrival of Ruby Cottam

Ruby Cottam arrived at the Cottam House at 9:31 PM on April 25, 2005 and boy was it a grand arrival! She was put on a flat bed tow truck and transported 20 miles across town to our house where she was unloaded and driven (actually pushed) from the street into our garage where she has rested peacefully ever since. I have to say that Natalie was very kind to give up her parking spot in the garage to Ruby.

i really am quite a nice wife, aren't i? i do love that "on the brink of explosion" smell it brings to the garage. it sort of covers up the poopy diaper smell. sort of.

Good old Ruby! I think the fumes add a lot to the garage atmostphere -- can't wait for you and Math to take Ruby on a cross-country trip!
